If I ever had to go on this emotional rollercoaster again, I would DEFINITELY want Kim with me on that ride. She was thorough, professional, flexible, and even made us laugh during it all. I called from Los Angeles, (I had found her off of Google Search), crying because I just realized I had to sell my family home. My caretaker had just quit for the umpteenth time. The process was so quick and painless, as she promise to be working hard for me at every day. She did? It is very difficult selling house from 3,000 miles away, but Kim was there taking care of things for me and we got the house sold, fast! We actually got full ask within a week of listing. Didn't even make it to the open house! I never would have made it through this process without her. Would definitely recommend!

Not only is she a great realtor, but she is also a great person and easy to work with who is detail orientated with excellent follow through and willingness to help.
